Reformer Pilates.

Reformer Pilates is a low impact, full body workout that tones, strengthens, stretches and balances out your whole body! Pilates can also compliment your current exercise regimen whether it be football, cycling, netball, boxing or HIIT.

Our classes are intimate with only eight students per class so we can give you the attention necessary to improve your pilates skills as well as a great workout!

Each class is 50 minutes long and taught by a qualified and highly trained instructor.

Class Styles.

Beginner Reformer:

This is a great place to start your pilates journey with us but is also suitable for those who are wanting to fine tune their pilates technique.

Our beginner classes are a great 50 minute workout to concentrate on your alignment & posture.

Open Level Reformer: Open level is suitable for all levels of fitness. This class will be a dynamic 50 minute full body workout. There will be both beginner and advanced options given.

Jump Reformer:

Jump class is a fun & challenging class using jump boards to build cardio strength & endurance. If you want to get your heart rate up & work your whole body to fatigue, this workout is for you! This class is very fast paced so is only suitable if you have done reformer pilates previously. *Not suitable for beginners, injured clients or prenatal clients.

Private Sessions

A great option if you are wanting a more tailored approach to your pilates practise.

Prenatal Pilates

Pilates is regarded as one of the best forms of exercise you can do during your pregnancy. It will keep you fit, help relieve joint paint,

increase your stability and strengthen and tone your whole body.

We have “prenatal friendly” classes scattered through our timetable. Written clearance from your doctor is required and you must commence prior to 18 weeks.
